Application Fields
EDR-OA applies for the following petrochemical refiners’ production units. 
Atmospheric Distillation Unit& Vacuum Distillation Unit (ADU&VDU), Catalytic Cracking, Coking unit, Hydro-refiningCoking and Hydrogenation Reformation. It can realize real-time monitoring of distillate parameters during the ongoing distillation process. This function helps to increase the economic benefits for both the corporate and the society by monitoring oil quality online, upgrading control system, and reducing the intensity of manual analysis.
Characteristics
The analytical method is in high consistency with the national standard Petroleum products -- Determination of Distillation Range" GB/T6536-2010ASTM D86, and the measurement scope covers the total temperature of various fractions of naphtha, solvent naphtha, gasoline, kerosene, light diesel, heavy diesel, lubricants, wax oil, and other fractions from the initial distillation point to the dry point or final distillation point.

Use embedded multi-CPU (the core), obscure and expert control, constant-current with constant pressure solid heating technology, and photosensitive measurement technology to form an intelligent measuring and control system.
Color LCD displays all the analytical data from the initial distillation point to the dry or final distillation point in real time. The measuring parameters can be re-set based on different scenarios. All data are properly restored to be retrieved and analyzed later.
Select state-of-the-art imported temperature measuring components for precise temperature control. Assisted with temperature compensation technology, we have overcome the effects of temperature drift.
Choose imported optical components to improve instrument measuring accuracy, stability, and repeatability.
Equipped with error self-diagnosis function, it is easy to maneuver, operate, and maintain.
Valves in the key parts are all imported, using  durable stainless steel material with corrosion resistance.
